Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the unique, custom nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us!

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 Business days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost to you. Since each item is unique, the replacement will either be a similar item or another product of equal value, depending on availability.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or other reasons beyond shipping damage. Please be sure to review all product details carefully before making your purchase.
